Q: What are the delivery charges?

  • FREE SHIPPING & DELIVERY (WITHIN MALAYSIA). To celebrate the launching of our website, we are providing free shipping and delivery to all our customers!
  • In any event, all purchases above the value of RM100.00 are afforded free shipping and delivery. Otherwise, any purchase(s) below RM100.00 will incur an additional RM10 shipping and delivery fee. For additional terms and conditions regarding this, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Q: Which courier company do you use?

  • We use Poslaju as our shipping partner. All our deliveries are subject to the terms and conditions of Poslaju.

Q: When will my order arrive?

  • Your order will arrive within 3 days of shipping, subject to the terms of service of Poslaju. Please allow a buffer period of up to 5 working days, to take into account the time needed for necessary arrangements and it is likely that you will receive your item(s) within a minimum period of 3 working days upon successful receipt of payment. Once we have successfully received payment, our team will proceed to make the relevant shipping arrangements.
  • Once we have shipped your item(s), we will send you an email notifying you that your item(s) have been shipped along with your tracking ID.

Q: Can I track my order? 

  • Yes you can! Please click HERE and enter your tracking number. You may retrieve your tracking number in the confirmation email of your purchase order. Do check your spam or “Promotions” tab if you are using a Gmail account.

Q: My order has not arrived! What do I do?

  • You will be able to track or check the status of your parcel on Poslaju’s platform.
  • If you are having trouble retrieving the information on your delivery, please click on the Message Us button at the bottom right of the website or drop us an email at and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Q: Will re-delivery incur additional charges?

  • Delivery attempts will be made up to three (3) times, where undelivered parcels will be returned to MyElegance upon the third unsuccessful delivery attempt.
  • If you are having trouble retrieving the information on your delivery, please drop us a message on the messenger chatbox which is on your bottom left corner of your screen or drop us an email at and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours!
