Q: Can I make an exchange? How do I make an Exchange?
- Of course you can! Here at MyElegance, you are our top priority! If you experience any issues with your order, and we mean ANY issues, please let us know within 7 working days from the date of your purchase. ALL exchanges are limited to size and/or colour. However, if your desired size or colour is no longer available, you may exchange your item for another item of similar or lower value. All items returned for exchange must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with the tags still intact.
- Please kindly note that ALL EXCHANGES ARE DEEMED FINAL whereby you are allowed only one exchange per purchase. This means that you cannot request for another exchange once you have successfully received your exchanged item.
- Online store purchases: For peace of mind, we do allow online exchanges, subject to terms set out in this section.
- Drop us a message by going to the bottom right of the website to click on the Message Us button to start a chat with us and / or drop us an email at email@example.com.
- Subject to the terms of our exchanges above, you will have to ship your item(s) back to our store. Please make sure that you send us the tracking ID of your parcel. We will not be able to reimburse you for this. You may find our store address by going to our Contact Us page.
- Once we have received your notification, kindly provide us with the details of your desired item via our chat or email, and we will proceed to process your request.
- We will send you an email upon receipt of your returned parcel and upon satisfactory inspection of the returned item, we will proceed to ship your newly selected items and notify you via email accordingly. Rest assured, we will cover the expenses for the delivery of your successfully exchanged item.
- For Physical Exchanges at our store:
- Subject to the applicable terms mentioned above, you may also make your exchange in person at our physical store if this is more convenient for you.
- Drop by our store and our friendly members of staff shall attend to you.
Q: My order is not the right size!
- Not to worry! Just follow the steps above and follow our Exchange Procedure, and if in doubt, please go to the bottom right of the website to click on the Message Us button to start a conversation with us and / or drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours!
Q: There is a defect on my item, but I have already washed it and / or removed the tag. What can I do?
- Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any exchanges on items that have been washed or had their tags removed. To avoid any disappointment, please ensure that you conduct your inspections before washing or altering the item or removing the tag.
Q: Do you have a Returns policy?
- Unfortunately, we do not offer returns at the moment. Our amazing team is working on this. Stay tuned, we’ll make an announcement when we do!
